Telugu Titans Possible Retained Players
# Elite Retained Players
(1) Vijay Malik

Vijay Malik has grown into one of the most experienced and dependable raiders in the league. Season after season, he has shown his ability to perform according to the situation and deliver when his team needs him the most. In PKL Season 12, he scored 166 Raid Points in 21 matches, once again proving his consistency. Telugu Titans invested ₹51.50 lakhs in him at the previous PKL Auction, and they are unlikely to hesitate in retaining him at a similar value. Vijay Malik is expected to be a long-term investment for the franchise, with the potential to lead the team as captain while continuing to perform as their main raider.
(2) Bharat Hooda

Bharat Hooda is one of the few raiders who can perform effectively on both the left and right sides. Such versatility is rare, making him a valuable asset for any team. He enjoyed a memorable PKL Season 12, scoring 230 Raid Points and 17 Tackle Points in 21 matches. Telugu Titans bought him for ₹81 lakhs in the previous auction, and he completely justified that investment. With performances like these, the franchise is expected to retain him without any hesitation. He is undoubtedly one of the strongest retention candidates for Telugu Titans.
(3) Ashish Narwal

Ashish Narwal, a Right Raider, did not have the best campaign last season, managing only 12 Raid Points in 9 matches. Telugu Titans had signed him for just ₹15.70 lakhs, and despite his recent numbers, he has delivered strong performances in previous seasons. He also shares a good bond with the franchise and still has the potential to contribute in the coming years. As a backup raider, he remains a strong retention option for Telugu Titans.
(4) Ajit Pawar

Ajit Pawar has been a reliable Left Cover Defender for Telugu Titans over the past few seasons. Last season, he scored 38 Tackle Points in 21 matches while continuing as the team’s primary left cover. His consistent performances make him one of the likely players to be retained for PKL Season 13.
(5) Aman Antil

Aman Antil is a Left Corner Defender whom Telugu Titans signed at his base price of ₹13 lakhs in the previous PKL Auction. He played 12 matches last season and scored 7 Tackle Points. While his numbers were not outstanding, it’s important to remember that he mainly served as a backup left corner defender. Given his affordable retention value and squad role, Telugu Titans are likely to retain him for another season.
# Retained Young Players
(1) Prafull Zaware

Praful Jaware, a Left Raider, enters the second year of his Retained Young Player (RYP) contract and will automatically remain with Telugu Titans for the upcoming season. Last season, he featured in 11 matches and scored 12 Raid Points.
(2) Chetan Sahu

Chetan Sahu is a Right Raider whose two-year NYP contract has now come to an end. If Telugu Titans decide to retain him, they will have to offer him a three-year RYP contract. Last season, he delivered a decent all-round performance by scoring 30 Raid Points and 13 Tackle Points in 18 matches. His ability to contribute in both attack and defence could encourage the franchise to retain him for the next three seasons.
(3) Sagar Rawal

Sagar Rawal is a Right Cover Defender whose two-year NYP contract has also ended. If retained, he will move into the Retained Young Player (RYP) category with a three-year contract. His PKL Season 12 campaign was relatively quiet, as he scored 5 Tackle Points in 6 matches. However, his debut season as an NYP was highly impressive, where he registered 41 Tackle Points in 22 matches during PKL Season 11. Based on his potential and earlier performances, Telugu Titans could offer him an RYP contract.
(4) Ankit Jaglan

Ankit Jaglan is a Left Corner Defender who impressed with his performances throughout the previous season. He scored 52 Tackle Points in 21 matches, establishing himself as one of the promising young defenders in the league. Since he enters the second year of his RYP contract, he will automatically be retained by Telugu Titans for PKL Season 13.
# Existing New Young Players
Players in this category are those who enter the second year of their two-season NYP contract. Since they were signed as NYPs last season, they will automatically remain with the franchise next season under the Existing New Young Player category.
(1) Bantu Malik (Left Cover)
Did not play any matches in the PKL Season 12.
(2) Avi Duhan (Right Cover)
Scored 29 tackle points in 20 matches.
